For decades, Prinova has built its reputation on trust and, while a culture of integrity and ethics takes years to build, it only takes a moment to lose. We cannot take integrity and trust for granted. Therefore, I am pleased to present Prinova’s Global Code of Business Conduct, which we refer to throughout this document as our Code of Conduct or Code.

Prinova’s Code of Conduct serves as a guide for our employees’ actions, which are consistent with Prinova’s values, and will provide the framework for how we work with each other, our clients, and our business partners. The responsibility for ethical and professional behavior is something that everyone should take seriously.

We encourage you to read this Global Code of Conduct very carefully and become familiar with its contents, as all employees are held accountable for their actions. This Code of Conduct provides us all with the information we need to operate our business responsibly. Our commitment to maintain integrity and trust with one another, our clients, business partners, and the communities we operate in has never been more important.
