Prinova Announces Sale of US Flavors Business to Synergy Flavors

[Chicago, Illinois] – May 5, 2026 – Prinova, a wholly owned subsidiary of the NAGASE Group and a leading global supplier of ingredients and premix manufacturing solutions, today announces the sale of its US flavors business to Synergy Flavors, the flavors division of Carbery Group, a global flavor, ingredients, and dairy company.
