Ylang Ylang is a star shaped flower which blossoms on the Ylang tree and produces a unique sweet, rich, and floral aroma profile. The essential oil is hydro-distilled from the fresh flowers where it is is collected by distillers in fractions, and separated before it is brought to market. Ylang Oil III represents the heaviest fraction of the Ylang distillation as compared to fractions I and II.
