Ylang Ylang is a star shaped flower which blossoms on the Ylang tree and produces a unique sweet, rich, and floral aroma profile. The essential oil is hydro-distilled from the fresh flowers where it is is collected by distillers in fractions, and separated before it is brought to market. Ylang Oil I represents the lightest fractions, with less base than fractions II and III.
