Prinova Shipping Policy

Online orders are currently available for shipment from our Chicagoland and South Plainfield, NJ warehouses. Your order will automatically be pulled from the best option based on freight rates and product availability.

We’re able to ship items within the continental United States and Canada per the Prinova shipping policy. New shipping addresses must be approved by Prinova prior to shipping, and we can’t ship to P.O. boxes or U.S. territories. For customers outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact Prinova Europe.

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving your order.

After you place your order, a Prinova representative will send you an order confirmation via email within 24 hours. When we ship your order, you will receive another email containing shipping documents — certificates of analysis (COA), packing lists, bills of lading (BOL) — from that same representative.

Transportation of hazardous materials is strongly regulated. As such, any item designated as a hazardous material may incur higher shipping costs and longer shipping time.  

 

Essential oils and fragrances with a flashpoint of 60.5°C (141°F) or lower are designated as Class 3 Flammable Liquids. Flammable liquids with a flashpoint at or above 38°C (100.4°F) can be exempted from hazmat regulations when shipped by ground; however, they are still fully regulated by air transport.
