B12 - Methylcobalamin
An active and potent form of Vitamin 12, a cobalamin and different to cyanocobalamin as the cyano group at the cobalt is replaced with a methyl group. Methyl cobalamin is important for the brain and nerves, and for the production of red blood cells.
