Whey Protein is a by-product of cheese manufacturing. Whey Protein Hydrolysate obtained from Whey has an 85 or 90% content in protein, and goes through a partial hydrolysis process (3-5% degree of hydrolysis) that is supposed to help for a quicker digestion and absorption.
