Alex Duran has been with Prinova for over five years, playing a key role within the IT team. As a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager, he works at the intersection of technical support and strategic growth, analysing data, identifying root causes, and leading projects that keep systems running efficiently.
"On any given day, I’m analysing high-volume ticket data to identify root causes, while also managing projects to deliver upgrades and improvements that keep our applications performing at their peak.”
For Alex, the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects is a big part of what makes his role rewarding. “I enjoy working on initiatives that have a real impact on the business. I’m surrounded by great people who make coming to work enjoyable and who genuinely care about each other and the work we do”

With the support of the company, I’ve achieved personal milestones like being published in a photography magazine and joining an academic honour society. Prinova really encourages you to grow.”
Anaëlle journey at Prinova is a great example of how a career can grow and evolve over time. Joining in 2017, she’s approaching an impressive decade with the business. “I started at Prinova as a Logistics Coordinator in London, then progressed to Team Leader Logistics, and now I am an Account Manager in the commercial team in France. I work closely with customers, helping to meet their needs and developing our partnership with them.”
One of Anaelle’s career highlights is the time she spent working in the London office. “Working in the London office was the best work experience of my ‘young’ life. Prinova is super inclusive and open-minded. There is a strong sense of team spirit across departments, and I’ve always felt accepted and appreciated.”
Anaëlle credits much of her success not only to the formal training she has received at Prinova, but also to the people that have supported her journey. “I feel extremely lucky. People are encouraged to develop both their knowledge and personal skills. I received good training but most importantly I received the support of my colleagues.”
Ana has been part of Prinova for over 12 years, building a strong career since joining in 2014. As Operations Manager in Mexico, she works closely with the Business Development, Logistics and Quality Assurance teams to deliver reliable service and create strong lasting partnerships with customers.
She thrives in Prinova’s dynamic and collaborative environment, where she describes no two days being the same. “There’s always something new to learn,” she says, “which makes every day feel like an adventure.”

Ashley has been with Prinova for over 13 years and plays an important role in helping the company to consistently meet the quality and compliance standards expected in the highly regulated industry that we operate.
“I work as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Quality Department, leading quality and food safety programs to meet regulatory and customer requirements. I oversee inspections, investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and participate in audits.
” Prinova’s commitment to employee development has helped Ashley to expand her skillset and build her confidence. “Prinova has been very supportive of my professional growth. Cassy has spent over 10 years at Prinova, progressing from Customer Sales Liaison to leading a high-performing customer service team, and now into senior leadership within purchasing. “My growth at Prinova has been incredibly meaningful. Today, I am the Senior Purchasing Manager for Prinova Solutions, our pre-blend fortification business unit. My team and I oversee purchasing categories, including planning, organizing, and evaluating supplier performance through scorecards and KPIs.
” For Cassy, the role is driven by problem-solving and a strong focus on customer outcomes. “I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems and finding the best solutions for our customers to ensure we meet their needs and standards.”
Prinova’s culture motivates Cassy to give her best every day. “Our culture is rooted in recognition and trust. There is a strong sense of respect, collaboration, and empowerment, and I genuinely enjoy the people I work with. There is a strong sense of camaraderie that makes coming to work a truly positive experience!”
Ernesto Meza has been part of Prinova for more than 16 years, growing his career alongside the business.
Starting in production, Ernesto embraced opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities. He gained experience across multiple areas of the operation, including blending, packaging, planning, scheduling, and purchasing support.
“From the beginning, I was trusted to take on new responsibilities and learn different parts of the business. That experience helped me grow both professionally and personally and gave me the confidence to adapt to new challenges.”
For Ernesto, the culture at Prinova is built on teamwork and a shared commitment to helping one another succeed. One of the things he appreciates most about working at Prinova is the flexibility the company provides.
“The company has given me enough flexibility to be there for my kids, especially for their sports activities. Being able to support them and be present for those moments really means a lot to me.”

Maury Gamboa has been part of Prinova for 16 years, building a career shaped by collaboration, global connection, and continuous professional growth.
As a Customer Service Lead in the Ingredients division, Maury works closely with colleagues and partners across the world. Through his role, he has developed strong relationships with teams in China and across Asia, giving him the opportunity to learn from different perspectives and cultures. “My role gives me the opportunity to connect with people on the other side of the globe that I wouldn’t otherwise have the chance to work with.”
Over the years, Maury has seen the company evolve and expand while maintaining the collaborative spirit that first attracted him to Prinova. “I love the family atmosphere at Prinova and working with diverse personalities to solve challenges and achieve shared success.”
Professional growth has also been an important part of Maury’s journey. With the support and trust of his manager, he has taken on new responsibilities and played a key role in training and supporting colleagues across the Customer Service team. “Being trusted to take on new challenges and help develop others has given me confidence, pride in my work, and a real sense of purpose.”

Michael’s journey at Prinova began in 2017 as an intern, and nearly nine years later, he has grown into a Technical Sales Executive with a role spanning contract manufacturing, product and account management, and marketing support.
“I drive value-added sales in Prinova’s Nutrition business, and I really enjoy the variety in my role. It touches several areas of the business, which keeps every day interesting. It’s a big reason I’ve been here so long, the work is never the same and it never gets boring.”
From the very start of his career, Michael has been trusted with responsibility, something that has played a key role in his development. “It’s an environment where you’re encouraged to grow. I was given trust, responsibility and autonomy even as an intern, which has really helped me develop my skills and progress within the business.”
Michael thrives in Prinova’s culture and values the collaboration with his colleagues to achieve success. “The people really make Prinova. My colleagues are friendly and collaborative, and I’ve learned a lot from them. It has the fast-paced, ambitious feel of a smaller company, but with the diversity, support and development opportunities of a global organisation.”
Wilnerys joined Prinova one year ago and plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards across the Salt Lake City facility. As Quality Assurance Manager, she focuses on product safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, working closely with teams across the business.
“I focus on ensuring our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. I work closely with operations and teams across the business to drive continuous improvement and deliver safe, high-quality products to our customers.”
For Wilnerys, it’s the people and the collaborative environment that make her role enjoyable. “What I enjoy most is the strong sense of teamwork at Prinova. Everyone is supportive and committed to shared goals and driving results. There’s a genuine willingness to help each other, share knowledge and step in when needed.”
