Wintergreen Oil is a common flavor, fragrance and aromatherapy ingredient widely used for it's minty and fresh aroma profile. Wintergreen is harvested in rural China where the fresh twigs and leaves are first macerated in water before being steam distilled to isolate the natural oil. Wintergreen is primarly produced between July - September each year.
