Thyme Oil has a sweet herbal profile, reminiscient of the spice commonly used in cooking. Thyme oil is widely use for its natural content of Thymol which has use in aromatherapy and flavor applications. The essential oil is steam distilled from the dried spice which is collected between June - August each year.
