Ingredient Information
Anhydrous form of Dicalcium Phosphate. Commonly used in nutritional beverages, dough and bakery mixes, pet food, infant formulas, vitamin tablets. Also can be found in some toothpastes and chewing gums formulations.
- White Powder. Stable in air. Insoluble in alcohol, practically insoluble in water
- Is readily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, and nitric acids. Alkaline in aqueous solution
